ASAP Supplies Returns Bigger and Better for Seawork!

ASAP are thrilled to be back exhibiting at Seawork this year. The team will be on hand to discuss systems on display, focusing on our core areas including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

We have been very busy expanding our range over the last 2 years and are pleased to announce ASAP Supplies are now an official distributor of Sierra Marine products in the UK, who specialises in the supply of high-quality outboard, inboard and drive parts.

We decided to partner with Sierra due to their excellent reputation for quality, they are often the chosen supplier when sourcing aftermarket parts due to their commitment to quality and support, which are amongst key values that we consider meeting our own. Offering Spare parts for brands such as Mercury, Mariner, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda and Mercruiser.

We have further expanded our range of marine coatings to include a highly durable two-pack polyurethane coating from Raptor, ideal for areas that require anti-slip or high wear areas such engine bays. We believe this product to be an excellent solution for commercial vessels, due to its durability and ability to significantly reduce preparation times, and it can be directly applied to substrates such as GRP, eliminating the need for primers and with drying times of less than 1 hour.

Raptor will be working alongside ASAP on their stand to answer any questions and provide technical knowledge on their product range.

ASAP are now also UK distributors for Arctic Steel products, which includes strainers, thru-hull fittings and spares constructed from Duplex 2205 stainless. Duplex 2205 offers increased weight saving, corrosion resistance and a high tensile strength making it ideal for water intakes and exhaust outlet applications onboard commercial vessels.

Boats built with steel or aluminium should also use 2205 for consistency in metals. Moreover, they offer a unique design featuring swing down bolts on the lid for easy access to the strainer basket and maintenance, so no tools are required.
