Actisense to host Manufacturer Training Session at NMEA International Marine Electronics Conference

Award-winning NMEA specialists, Actisense, are set to host a Manufacturer Training Session at the 2017 NMEA International Marine Electronics Conference & Expo in Seattle, Washington.

Actisense has announced that they will once again be attending the National Marine Electronic Association (NMEA) International Conference & Expo in the United States of America. At the event, held in Seattle, Washington, Actisense will be hosting a special manufacturer training session, showcasing some of the latest products.

Led by company CEO Phil Whitehurst, the Actisense training session will take place at the Hilton Bellevue Hotel on Wednesday 27th September, 11 am - 12:15 pm.

Phil Whitehurst said:

“Last year we had an excellent time at the NMEA Conference in Florida, we are now excited to be returning to the event. Meeting representatives from the commercial and leisure marine markets, we will be giving a hands-on demonstration on how to fully utilise our latest and most popular products. We look forward to helping our counterparts and customers learn more about them.”

Actisense have also entered both their NMEA 0183 to NMEA 2000® Gateway (NGW-1) and the Professional NMEA 0183 Buffer (PRO-BUF-1) into the NMEA Products Awards 2017. The best products will be voted for by NMEA members online at www.proprofs.com/survey/t/?title=yllcn. Winners will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony and dinner, held on the last night of the NMEA Conference. Having won the Product of Excellence Award for two consecutive years, Actisense are now aiming for the ‘hat trick’.

Taking place over three days, the NMEA Expo is a once-a-year opportunity to meet with representatives from the North American marine electronics industry and beyond.
